Won't turn on
Often a power supply fault - we test the power unit and quote if it needs repair or replacement.
Overheating, loud fan or shutting down during games
Often dust and airflow - an internal clean usually helps.
Diagnosis first
A console showing no picture doesn't always need a new HDMI port. We test the console, cable and output before replacing parts, so you only pay for what's needed. Board-level work, such as replacing a damaged HDMI port, is done in-house at our workshop.
Cleaning and cooling
Consoles pull in dust over time, which makes them run hot and loud. We can clean the inside and check the cooling.
What we don't repair
We don't repair disc drives, controllers or other board faults on consoles. If that's what yours needs, we'll tell you after checking it.

It depends on the fault, the model and part availability. Simple advice is free; if a detailed diagnosis is needed it's $70, which comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. We quote before any repair starts. Warranty depends on the part used and is confirmed on your quote.
