Common problems, explained
Slow, or storage full
When storage is nearly full, macOS slows right down. We can help you see what's taking up space and free it up safely.

Older iMac SSD upgrades
Some older iMacs with spinning hard drives can be upgraded to an SSD, which can make a big difference to speed. We'll check whether your model supports it.
MacBook screen, battery and keyboard replacement
We replace screens, batteries and keyboards on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models at our Grange workshop. The part and the work involved vary a lot between models — on many MacBooks the screen is replaced as a complete display assembly and the keyboard is built into the top case — so we confirm the right part for your exact model and quote before any work starts. Warranty depends on the part used and is confirmed on your quote.
